This mattress is rolled and shipped in a box for convenient delivery and setup. Simply take the box to the proper room, Carefully remove packaging, and watch as the mattress expands to its true size. This mattress comes with a 10 year U.S. warranty that guards against manufacturer defect. Materials -53% Polyester Fiber, 39% Rayon Fiber, 6% Polyurethane Foam, 2% Polypropylene Fiber. NOTE: Gels and Carbons are common defects in extruded plastic films. With films used as packaging material, they are considered an acceptable quality defect. On the other end of the spectrum, they are even allowed in biopharmaceutical-grade films so long as they fall within certain size limitations and frequency rates within a given area. Gels and Carbons can be caused by various production techniques and/or resin quality. They most commonly appear as dots, bumps, clusters, and/or lines in the film and range in color and transparency from clear to white, yellow, rust brown or red, and opaque black in color.
